Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your GIA fit, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all I.AM.GIA tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
